New Supervisors -
Transitional Training
Transcending the challenge,
From team member to team leader.
Overview and Objectives
Supervisor. One of the most challenging positions in a career graph.
A first time leader. Assuming a leadership role over peers. A
promotion probably happened because of good work skills,
performance, values. As a supervisor the accountability shifts to
team performance rather than only for self.
Mavraac's highly successful transitional training for new
supervisors sensitizes them to the new challenges they would be
facing, the need to adapt to change, instills confidence and self
esteem and makes them aware of their abilities and latent qualities
and helps them chart a road map for being successful in the new
role. The programs provide effective management skills training.

supervisory position from amongst peer-group.
